How to open the shared mailbox in a separate window

• From Outlook online...
• Click your profile picture in the top right corner
• Click open another mailbox
• Type the name of the shared mailbox
• Click open

How to open shared mailbox below your primary mailbox

• From Outlook online...
• Right-click folders
• Click add shared folder
• Type the name of the shared mailbox
• Click add
